Nobin Choudhury founded ChouTech in 2026 after 15 years at a leading IT recruitment company. He started with one simple promise: do recruitment properly.
The plan is to build specialist teams in the UK and the US, then take the same standard to new tech markets around the world, without losing the personal service clients and candidates value.
